If your F-250 squats when you hook up the trailer or load the bed, this is the fix. ReadyAIR is an air helper spring system that sits between the frame and the leaf spring and carries the load your factory suspension is fighting. Air it up when you are loaded, let it down when you are empty.
What sets this one apart from the usual air bag kit is the dual-bellow design. Two air springs per side instead of one, so the load spreads across four bags total and you are not cranking pressure into a single bag to hold the truck up. The result is a truck that sits level under load without riding like a brick when it is empty. ReadyLIFT rates the kit at 6,400 lb combined lift capacity.
The LOGIQ air springs run a 1.6Hz natural frequency. Most double-bellow competitors land closer to 2.5Hz, which is getting into race car territory. This one keeps some compliance in it. The kit also retains your factory bump stops, which a lot of air bag kits throw away.
Install is clamp-around brackets, no drilling, and the assemblies come pre-built from the factory. It works with the OEM fifth wheel hitch and most aftermarket ones, including B&W GNRK1116, Demco 8552031, and Curt C16428-204.
Important fitment note: this kit fits F-250 Super Duty trucks without factory overload springs. If your truck has the factory overloads on the rear leaf packs, this is not the right kit. Crawl under there and look, or call us and we will walk you through what to check before you buy.
This is the air spring kit only. There is no compressor or air management system included. You inflate through the schrader valves, or you add a compressor kit separately. Ask us about it if you want in-cab or app-based control.
About this unit: this one has been sitting in the shop and it looks it. The carton is torn open and beat up, the assemblies have been out of the box, and there is dust and handling scuffing on the brackets. The bags themselves are intact. Because it has been unpacked and moved around, we will go through the whole kit with you at pickup and confirm every bracket, fitting, and piece of hardware before money changes hands. If anything is short, we will tell you before you buy it, not after.
